1. I am experiencing technical difficulties. What do I do?

If you do not have the most recent browser version, we recommend upgrading and removing all browser toolbars to see if this helps. The site’s minimum browser requirements are:

Windows: IE 11, Edge, Google Chrome 60+, Mozilla Firefox 50+
OSX: Safari, Google Chrome 60+, Mozilla Firefox 50+
iOS: Safari
Android: Chrome

If you are still experiencing difficulties, please try clearing your CACHE (Ctrl F5) and try again. 


2. Who can participate in the Program?

The program is open only to legal residents of Canada, who have reached the age of majority in their province/territory of residence at the time of participation and have a valid e-mail account and mailing address. Limit of three (3) per household.  Please see Terms and Conditions for full Program details. 


3. What are the key dates?

Your purchase of participating products must be made between Oct 1/23 12:00:00 AM EST to Dec 31/23 11:59:59 PM EST. and your receipt must be uploaded within fourteen (14) calendar days of date of purchase and no later than Dec 31, 2023 11:59:59 PM.


4. How do I participate in this offer?

Internet access is required. 

BUY: $25 CDN before taxes of participating products from an authorized participating retailer within one transaction. Take a photograph of your receipt in its entirety.  The photo must show: (i) qualifying purchases; (ii) the retailer; and (iii) the date and time of the purchase (which must be during the Offer Period).  Please assure you circle all the participating products on your receipt.

REGISTER:  Visit www.krugerbigassist.ca  during the offer period using a compatible internet browser.  Complete the online registration form by entering a valid email address, complete name, phone number, home address including unit/suite # and postal code.  

UPLOAD:
Follow the on-screen instructions and prompts to: (i) upload your photo; and (ii) signify your agreement that you have read and agree to be legally bound by the Terms & Conditions.
Do this within 14 calendar days of your purchase.


5. What are the acceptable formats and maximum size of my receipt photo?

The acceptable formats are jpeg, png or bmp and maximum file size is 10MB.
 

6. Can I submit the same receipt more than once? 

No, each receipt can only be used one (1) time (regardless of how many qualifying purchases may be identified on the receipt).  


7. Is there a limit on the number of receipts I can submit? 

Yes, there is a limit of three receipts per household.
 

8. I don’t have a computer or internet access; can I still participate in this offer?

No.  You must have access to a computer or internet to participate. Computer and internet access are available free of charge at many public libraries. Many internet and online service providers offer free e-mail addresses.


9. Which products do I have to purchase to be eligible for this offer?

Scotties®' Facial Tissue (excludes Premium), Cashmere®/Purex® Bathroom Tissue (excludes Premium) & SpongeTowels® Paper Towels (excludes Premium), Bonterra™ Bathroom Tissue, Facial Tissue and Paper Towels at participating retailers.  See full Terms & Conditions for a detailed list.

10.  How long will it take for my receipt to be validated?

You will receive an email message within 72 hours of uploading your receipt successfully.


11. How long will it take to receive my gift card?

You will receive your gift card via mail or e-mail within 6-8 weeks of confirmation that your receipt has been validated.
